Ian Whitehead
Training Director

Ian has successfully worked as a tutor in Development Training for fifteen years. As a client manager, he has been responsible for the design and delivery of courses ranging from short team building events, to extensive multi-event Organisational Change programmes.

He conducts Management and Leadership Skills workshops for managers in many different sectors of UK and European industry. He has worked extensively abroad, and during 1993 set up and managed a joint venture training organisation in Thailand. Ian is qualified and very experienced in the use of The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step 1 and 2, FIRO-B, and in the 360 Questionnaire ‘Benchmarks’. He has a wide and deep theoretical understanding of Organisational and Personnel issues to supplement his practical experience as a manager.

In the last sixteen years he has worked with a wide variety of clients at all levels of seniority, from the Strategy Board of General Motors Europe in Switzerland, to operational managers at all levels.

Phil Higgins
